Running off Stress

I’ve run two 3-milers since my last post, which were kind of rough, but I did them. This week has been a crazy week and I think the running has helped me get off some of the stress it has caused. At least the second run was a tiny bit faster than the first.

I found and read through the inspirational blog awhile back, and saved this recipe she posted which is a variance on the banana soft servce recipe I’ve done before. Made it tonight – 1 frozen banana chopped, ice, 3 TBs of PB2, 1/2 cup almond milk, and a fun size Snickers bar made this tasty concoction which resembles ice cream but is less calories.

Bought this dress for a wedding in two weeks – it came in today from and I LOVE it. It’s a little tight on my arms, but I’m hoping I can tone them up a tiny bit in two weeks. If not, the dress still fits great. Love it!
